Due to the nature of cryptocurrency mining equipment, all ASIC miners, Bitcoin miners, and specialized mining hardware sold by CryptoRavens are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered and accepted.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If your miner arrives defective or non-functional:

CryptoRavens will cover return shipping costs for confirmed DOA units.
