β οΈ ASIC Miner Hardware β No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of cryptocurrency mining equipment, all ASIC miners, Bitcoin miners, and specialized mining hardware sold by CryptoRavens are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered and accepted.
Why?
Mining hardware is profit-generating equipment with highly volatile market pricing. Product values can fluctuate significantly within short periods, making returns vulnerable to misuse and speculative purchasing.
β Exceptions to This Policy
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If your miner arrives defective or non-functional:
- The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery
- Clear video and photo evidence must be provided
- The device must remain in its original condition
- Approved DOA cases qualify for replacement, repair, or store credit
CryptoRavens will cover return shipping costs for confirmed DOA units.
β Warranty Void Conditions
Warranty and RMA claims will be rejected in cases involving:
- Incorrect voltage or power supply usage
- Liquid or moisture damage
- Physical damage or mishandling
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Firmware tampering or overclocking outside manufacturer recommendations
- Damage caused during improper installation

- Unopened items in original sealed packaging
- Must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Incorrect Items
If we shipped the wrong product, CryptoRavens will cover:

- Store credit
