⚠️ 6. ASIC Miners — No Refund Policy
All ASIC miners, Bitcoin miners, and specialized mining hardware sold by CryptoRavens are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable after delivery.
Reasons for This Policy:
- Mining hardware is profit-generating equipment
- Market prices are extremely volatile
- Hardware values can fluctuate rapidly within short periods
CryptoRavens does not guarantee mining profitability, return on investment, or future market performance.
✅ Dead on Arrival (DOA) Exception
DOA claims are accepted only if:
- Reported within 3 days of delivery
- Supported with video and photo evidence
- The product remains in original condition
Approved DOA units may qualify for:
- Replacement
- Repair
- Store credit
CryptoRavens will cover return shipping costs for confirmed DOA cases.
❌ Warranty Void Conditions
Warranty claims will be rejected for:

- Liquid damage
- Physical damage
